Breakage deposit, 100 GBP is charged from the guests on arrival and refunded upon the satisfactory property inspection before departure.
The check in time is 3pm and check out time is 10am our representative will welcome you at your holiday home, handles the key and arrange the paperwork, your breakage deposit is refunded by our representative who will come and check the house 15 minutes before your departure.
