Bronze package:
The Bronze Package includes the following:
- Information concerning the tax procedures.
- Paying all the utility bills such as electricity, water and telephone on your behalf.
- Insuring your property and dealing with insurance company on your behalf.
Bronze annuall package price is : 150 Euro
Silver package:
The Silver package includes the following:
- Information concerning the tax procedures.
- Paying all the utility bills such as electricity, water and telephone on your behalf.
- Insuring your property and dealing with insurance company on your behalf.
- Finding plumbers, electricians, painters, etc.
- Helping to find cleaning company for your apartment.
- Monthly routine security checks.
Silver annuall package price is : 200 Euro
Gold package:
The Gold package includes the following:
- Information concerning the tax procedures.
- Paying all the utility bills such as electricity, water and telephone on your behalf.
- Insuring your property and dealing with insurance company on your behalf.
- Finding plumbers, electricians, painters, etc.
- Helping to find cleaning company for your apartment.
- Monthly routine security checks.
- Renting your property and follow the necesseray works.
Gold annuall package price is : 250 Euro
